We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator at Assinck, you will play a vital role in promoting our comprehensive and innovative turn-key solutions to the aggregate, mining, environmental, and industrial goods sectors. Your expertise in marketing strategies and your ability to effectively communicate our unique capabilities will contribute to our continued success in meeting the evolving challenges of the manufacturing industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Assinck's complete, turn-key solutions in the aggregate, mining, environmental, and industrial goods sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and design, to gather information and create compelling marketing content and materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target markets.
- Maintain and update Assinck's website content to ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products, services, and projects.
- Manage Assinck's social media presence by creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring industry-related conversations.
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to showcase Assinck's products and services, and facilitate lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, datasheets, technical documents, and product catalogs.
- Support the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and marketing agencies, to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different marketing channels.
- Experience in managing websites, including content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge.
- Knowledge of the aggregate, mining, environmental, or industrial goods sectors is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
