Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional items to enhance the customer's purchase (upselling)
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

- Previous retail sales experience in a 19+ store is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of the vape industry and its products is necessary
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
