**Job Summary**

**The schedule will likely be 2 weekend shifts on a weekly basis and the occasional special event.**

**Duties**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and parking lots.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to observe activities and identify potential security threats.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
- Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and understanding CCTV systems is beneficial.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, visitors, and law enforcement personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Security Guard Liscence
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Clear Criminal Background Screening
