**HR Generalist** who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and promoting inclusive societies. We provide a range of supports and services of people living with an intellectual disability in Southeastern Manitoba.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 2-years experience in 360-degree recruitment process
- Minimum 1-year experience supervising staffs
- Ability to conduct presentations both in-person and virtually
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and LMS is an asset
- Valid Class 5F and access to vehicle required
- Experience in Non-Profit is an asset
