**Job Summary**
At Rose Enterprises the Equipment Operator plays a crucial role in overseeing all projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the processes. You will need to be able to work with & coordinate the team members, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining effective communication with all involved.

**Duties**
- Operate excavator, skid steer, loader and all other equipment daily.
- Manage, lead and work with a crew to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct quality control checks to guarantee that work meets industry standards.
- Hold safety meetings and fill out FLHA's to ensure the safety of everyone.
- Learn new skills as needed to complete the projects.
- Must be able to load and secure equipment safely for transport.
- Light mechanic duties are required. Regular services and some repairs to the equipment and trucks.
- Available to work most days and long hours as needed.
- Live in Strathmore, AB or the surrounding area.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the industry.
- Able to be hands on and proficiently operate an excavator, skid steer, loader and other pieces of machinery.
- Must have a clear current license and provide a drivers abstract at the time of the interview.
- Class 5 non GDL license required but a Class 1 standard transmission is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with clients and owner.
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
