**What You’ll Be Doing**
This is a task-heavy, hands-on role with a big impact. You’ll be supporting both patients and practitioners - and playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of a clinic that’s growing fast and changing lives.

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

- Manage incoming and outgoing communication across multiple platforms
- Oversee intake forms, test results, scheduling, and internal documents using Jane (our electronic medical records system)
- Process invoices, insurance billing, and payments during patient checkouts
- Help patients feel seen and supported through clear, compassionate communication
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure schedules, documents, and appointments are running like clockwork
- Support community outreach, clinic events, and growth projects
- Pitch in wherever needed - from tracking supplies to solving problems before they land on someone’s desk

- Can juggle multiple moving pieces with a sense of calm and humor
