** Primary objectives of the role** - Identify new business opportunities and develop high-value partnerships to grow same store insurer business and to support CSN's store expansion throughout Western Canada - Develop and execute strategies to identify and store prospects and effectively communicate our value proposition to them - Develop relationships with major accounts by acting as a trusted advisor and capitalize on those relationships to increase sales - Lead contract negotiations between CSN and insurer partners - Knowledge of market-share analysis and territory management skills - Market Research: Perform a wide range of analysis to gain in-depth understanding of our market's needs and potential customers' expectations. - Manage the sales process across the region, ensuring on-boarding, contract renewals, communications, workflows, and reporting structures are met - Work with the executive team to strategize, forecast and exceed annual sales targets - Drive brand awareness by identifying and participating in events and activities that increase the profile of the CSN brand - Active within the industry to ensure relations are built with executive leaders in key organizations **Requirements**: **Core competencies** - Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written - Capable of striking a balance between being structured and being creative - Highly motivated self-starter with an engaging personality - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and manage ambiguity - Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce would be an asset - Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies - High comfort level with contract execution/review **Education and qualifications** - Undergraduate degree or college level diploma in a business-related field - Commitment to continuing education in topics related to business strategy, leadership, and sales - 5+ years of sales experience in collision repair or an adjacent industry **Work environment and other requirements** - The environment for this role is fast paced and complex, involving urgent timelines and requires the ability to manage multiple simultaneous opportunities - The role will be based out of a home office whereby the necessary tools and equipment will be provided - Able to lift up to 25 pounds - Must have a valid Driver's license and able to secure valid business class vehicle insurance **Travel requirements** - Travel up to 50% will be required to meet with prospective licensees, customers, and to attend industry events, flights and overnight stays required - Daily travel will be primarily driving alone for extended periods of time between prospective shop locations **Benefits** - Competitive salary, car allowance and commission program - Benefits package - Company laptop, cellphone, and home office equipment - The ability to grow, develop and manage your career path **Career Path** As CSN continues to grow, other career opportunities may become available.
