**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales & Marketing the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building and leading a Sales Team in all day-to-day activities. The Regional Sales Manager will provide strategic sales leadership for the growth and development of the Central Region for both Konstant and SSG and be accountable for ensuring the region achieves agreed upon financial, strategic and operational goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of Technical Sales Representatives to ensure annual sales and performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide ongoing guidance, tools, technical support and training to the regional sales team to ensure Konstant is positioned as the industry leader in the storage industry.
- Provide leadership and direction for a team of direct reports and indirect reports and secure their cooperation to successfully meet regional and organizational performance requirements.
- Develop and nurture a culture of customer service, trust, continuous improvement, safety, reliability, quality, accountability and discipline.
- Ensure the delivery of optimal regional results against annual budget targets and appropriate performance metrics (systems, processes, procedures and activities).
- Establish, monitor, measure and report regional performance metrics; analyze and identify issues impacting sales performance and establish initiatives for continuous improvement to ensure the achievement of market share, new business development, customer and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure an understanding of the organizational and regional business plan (including: mission, vision, values, strategic positioning, organizational design, goals and objectives and operational plans) throughout the region.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree and/or 10+ years of business development experience.
- 5+ years management experience.
- Extensive ability to manage and direct business development programs with directly related experience in sales, business development and experience managing large clients in the storage solutions industry.
- Broad based technical and business knowledge of the storage and material handling industry
- A demonstrated ability to enhance margins and work in partnership with the customer to address their needs.
- Ability to be a leader in change management, demonstrate strong aptitude to proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and the proven ability to develop and maintain productive customer relationships within the global marketplace.
- A proven ability to run a customer focused organization with a history in both developing and negotiating agreements/working with proposals and contracts.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
