**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Complete full cycle recruitment of tradespeople
- Maintain active postings on a variety of job boards
- Schedule pre-employment screening tests
- Coordinate the arrival on site of tradespeople (accommodations, flight and transportation)
- Draft employment confirmation letters
- Update and maintain employee files
- Assist in the transfers of internal staff as necessary
- Perform data entry work and filing duties
- Draft corporate CV’s for key members of the organization
- Help develop, manage and update corporate policies and procedures
- Provide support to the HR team
- Help increase the visibility of the business
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources
- High-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Resourceful, driven, attentive to details, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and a team player
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- In office - based in Sherwood Park, AB

- Must be willing to occasionally work weekends and non-standard work hours, as required
