We are looking for a hardworking and reliable **Commercial Pool Service Technician** to join our team and help maintain the standards of excellence our clients expect. If you are a “Jack of All Trades”, this job is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct service calls throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
- Perform repairs on pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, and chlorinators.
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with property managers and other clients.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure that all work meets industry regulations and safety standards.
- Installations and upgrades of pool equipment as necessary.
- Test and balance water chemistry, adjusting chemicals as needed to ensure compliance with safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in pool service is an asset but not necessary (commercial pool experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of pool systems, water chemistry, and cleaning techniques.
- Experience with pvc plumbing and minor electrical
- Ability to use pool maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a service route efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Certification (such as CPO - Certified Pool Operator) is a plus but not required.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
