We are seeking a dependable and experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' pools meet health and safety standards on a daily basis. Your duties will include routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to help our customers prepare their pools for use. Some of these pools are serviced seven days a week for a flexible schedule with early am starts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Vacuuming, skimming, and cleaning scum lines of the pool
- Test and adjust chemical levels in pools and spas to ensure water safety and quality.
- Clean/backwash pool filters, skimmers, and pump baskets.
- Inspect pool equipment such as pumps and filters to ensure their operation
- Maintain accurate service records for each client.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in pool maintenance or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry is an asset
- Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot pool equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
