Role: SX7178 Network Analyst Resource.
Location: Regina, SK **(FULL TIME, On-SITE ONLY)**
Hourly Rate: Negotiable (depending on fit for job)
Work Hours: 8 hrs/day

**Requirement Specifications**:

- Resource must have minimum 6 years recent and practical network administration experience and design/architecture experience. (Preferred 10+years experience)
- Resource must have valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License or equivalent.
- Resource must be able to travel outside Regina, SK, including occasional overnight stays as required.
- Resource must be able to work on-call on a rotational basis in 1-week intervals.
- Resource must be able to attend an in-person interview, if shortlisted.
- Resource must be able to work **On-site Full time work only (Regina SK)** Head Office in **Regina, SK**; Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

**Preferred Skills & Expertise**
- Expertise in Spine and Leaf data center networks utilizing VXLAN with BGP EVPN.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining various routing protocols, including BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers).
- Extensive experience with Fortinet networking equipment (firewalls, switches, access points).
- Strong proficiency in Fortinet security tools, including FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiNAC.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure network configuration and maintenance, including Virtual networks, Virtual network peering, Route tables, Front Door, WAF, and network security groups.
- Additional expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- In-depth understanding and implementation of network security best practices.
- Proven track record in deploying network technologies within organizational technology projects.
- Strong collaboration skills within multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise networks and integration of on-premises and cloud environments.
- Additional experience in LTE and satellite communication technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Change Management processes.
- Experience in operating SCADA networks (Power & Energy area).
- Relevant job experience in North America.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer, implement, troubleshoot, and document the enterprise network to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Develop strategic plans for network device evolution, aligning with business needs and industry standards.
- Provide expert-level technical support, administration, and engineering for enterprise network devices.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Manage disaster recovery processes, including planning, implementation, maintenance, and testing.
- Engage with corporate and field employees, addressing technology concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Implement network equipment updates in accordance with company security and functionality protocols.
- Ensure system integrity through effective change control and problem management procedures.
- Stay updated on networking technologies, certifications, and industry developments.
- Contribute to departmental goals by organizing work processes and fostering teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing expertise to enhance collective success.
- Collaborate across diverse teams to develop scalable and adaptable network solutions.
- Represent Digital Technology & Security, aligning efforts with department strategic goals and objectives.
