We are looking for a
**Trade Support Specialist** to join our Vancouver based Trade Support Team The Trade Support Team is comprised of trade operation professionals committed to supporting the investment process for the portfolio management teams of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (“CC&L”). **What You Will Do**
- Use leading technologies and systems to ensure smooth operation of the post-trade process, with a focus on equities
- Support the post-trade process from beginning to end, including trade matching, allocation, transmission, and settlement
- Liaise directly with portfolio managers and traders across Canada, and in London
- Interact with various brokers and custodians around the globe to facilitate trade settlement in over 60 different countries
- Set up new client accounts and products in various internal systems
- Assist with quarterly commission reporting and soft-dollar budgeting

**What You Bring**
- 1 to 2 years of trade operations experience in Investment Management or related field
- Relevant education and certifications an asset
- Effective communicator in both verbal and written communications
- Resourceful and ability to resolve complex problems
- Passionate about learning and are desperate to make a telling contribution
- Ability to understand the big picture yet are able to focus on the small details
