**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate boom trucks and cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
- Build and rig loads securely, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining a professional demeanor on-site.
- Collaborate with other operators, riggers, and site personnel to coordinate lifting operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including load weights and equipment usage.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating boom trucks, cranes, or similar heavy machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of lifting equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $36.00-$42.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday

- class one license & crane operating license (preferred)
