**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize hotel pans, pots, cooking utensils, and prep equipment _(Note: No dishwashing of customer-facing plates or glasses required)_
- Operate dishwashing machine and ensure proper functioning by performing routine maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness.
- Clean and maintain HMR (Hot Meal Ready) and cold display units, Stainless steel counters and glass surfaces and Dry storage, refrigerated coolers, walk-in cooler, and walk-in freezer
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize all kitchen floors daily, especially for closing
- Take out garbage, recycling, and organic waste every night
- Monitor and inform managers regarding cleaning supplies as needed
- Support kitchen staff by helping with various tasks as required during busy service periods.
