**Frequentis Canada**is offering you the chance to participate in our project management trainee program starting in early September 2025. The first 4-month training is based in Vienna with an exciting job rotation, collaboration with experienced mentors, diverse networking and a comprehensive training program will prepare you for the challenging task of a Frequentis project manager in a safety-critical environment.
After completion of the trainee program, the permanent position is based in **Gatineau, Quebec, Canada** and is open to Canadian Citizens and Canadian Permanent Residents.
**Key Tasks**:
In the trainee program:
- Active participation in various project teams and collaboration with mentors.
- Development of project management know-how, which includes Frequentis-specific content as well as general knowledge of PM methods
After completion of the trainee program as project manager:
- Successful handling of international customer projects with time and quality responsibility
- Collaboration and leadership of project teams
- Responsibility for the project budget and ongoing project controlling
- Building a fundamental understanding of our products as well as our customers and markets
- Business or technical Bachelor’s University degree
- 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in project management or with management tasks
- Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking and hands-on mentality
- Distinct social skills (ability to communicate, work in a team & professional appearance)
- Convincing and customer-oriented communication in English and French
- Affinity for new technologies, joy of learning
- Project management certification is an advantage
