Proactive Remote Executive Marketing Project Manager (Freelance/Contract)

**Company Description**: We are a dynamic company specializing in marketing and e-commerce. As we focus on developing innovative strategies to structure and automate our workflow, we seek a highly motivated and proactive Remote Executive Marketing Project Manager to join our team on a freelance/contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an action-oriented, flexible, and eager individual to employ their marketing expertise while managing key projects remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level project management to the executive team, managing marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Develop and maintain an organized system for managing digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval of project files.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry, aiding in formulating marketing strategies.
- Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and conferences, including managing resources and setting up schedules.
- Monitor and maintain the company's social media presence, including content strategy and post-scheduling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing techniques, and software advancements, continuously enhancing skills.
- Support the executive team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or studying in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing project management, with a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistent branding and adherence to marketing guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely.
- You have demonstrated the ability to work independently and take the initiative in a remote, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles and e-commerce platforms is required.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools is a plus.
- A positive and proactive attitude and passion for creating efficient systems and workflows.
