We are a dynamic group of food & beverage businesses located in the Blue Mountain area, dedicated to delivering unforgettable culinary experiences to locals and tourists alike. We’re growing—and we’re looking for someone to lead that growth across digital and real-world channels.
**The Role**:
This is not a remote position. We’re looking for someone who lives in or is willing to relocate to the Collingwood/ Blue Mountain area and is excited to be physically present at our restaurants, engaging with the local community, and hands-on with our day-to-day business needs.
This is not just a marketing job—it’s a growth role. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our online presence, managing social media, maintaining websites and e-commerce stores, and proactively seeking out new customer groups and business opportunities both online and offline.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Digital & Social Media**:_
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging content (photo, video, stories, reels, blogs, etc.) to build audience and increase engagement
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Analyze performance and adjust strategies for continued growth
- **Website & Online Stores**:_
- Maintain and optimize websites for all businesses (design, updates, SEO, user experience)
- Oversee online stores: ensure product accuracy, ease of ordering, and overall customer satisfaction
- Improve user experience with customer-friendly systems that simplify ordering and engagement
- **Business Development**:_
- Cold call and connect with local companies and groups to introduce our food & beverage offerings
- Visit local businesses, offices, and tourist hubs to drive traffic
- Reach out to online communities and social groups to promote group visits and special events
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships and community outreach
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok
- Basic web design or CMS experience (e.g., Square, Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix)
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and proactive attitude
- Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and in-person promotion
- Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is a major plus
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Blue Mountain, ON area
