**_Catholic Social Service is currently recruiting for a Part Time (30 hrs/week) Service Coordinator II in Red Deer to work on our Health Care Team._**

**Job Summary**:
Please note, as our programs operate on a 24 hour basis, shift work is required and will include evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of the program.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- A Diploma/Degree in Health Care Services (or equivalent)
- Must be HCA certified or hold an LPN/RN License
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with people with complex personal/medical care needs
- Supervisory experience is considered an asset
- A vehicle and valid class 5 driver's license - requirement to transport clients in your personal vehicle
- Clear and current drivers abstract
- Proof of vehicle insurance showing $2 million liability coverage
- Valid first aid and CPR
- Vulnerable Sector Check from local RCMP or city police detachment
- Child Intervention Record Check
