**Summary**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Spanish speaking Lease Coordinator (Brokerage Division) to join our growing team, as we focus on our expansion into the U.S. marketplace Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the role of the Lease Coordinator will be to focus on the initial setup and assessment of all lease opportunities presented. This role allows you to learn the business with the opportunity to assess where you will best flourish within our rapidly growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and summarize consumer and commercial credit bureau reports
- Organize and assess supporting information relevant to lease transactions
- Learn an in-depth knowledge of our products - lease, loan & rent
- Work in conjunction with Credit and Funding departments to process lease transactions
- Develop and foster positive relationships with internal sales representatives
- Liaise between brokerage and funding departments

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both languages
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in all Microsoft products
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
