**About the Role**:The Sales Assistant works directly with the Sales Management team to assist in the management of sales inventory and administrative functions.

**Schedule**: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm

**Compensation**: $40,000- $50,000/yr

**Who you are**:

- **Recent Experience**: 1+ years in a fast-paced administrative role
- ** Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail a must.
- ** Tech Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office, ability to quickly learn to use new software
- ** Work Style**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ** License: Valid** Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract

**What your day will look like**:

- **Vehicle Management**: Articulate vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services on the website. Monitor vehicles' online presence and status daily.
- ** Inventory Organization**: Receive, stock, and maintain all automotive retail vehicles and pre-owned inventory. Organize reconditioning and vendor services for pre-owned inventory.
- ** Marketing and Advertising**: Create and manage online vehicle advertisements, including photos and descriptions. Use social media and other platforms to ensure traffic objectives are met.
- ** Event Management**: Manage marketing, décor, food, and beverage for regular private sales. Shoot photographs of dealership events, staff, and promotions.
- ** CRM and Administrative Tasks**: Assist in managing CRM software (PBS) for marketing campaigns. Create and manage purchase orders for internal and external customers.
