Main Objective:
The job of the industrial painter is to paint the various Knoedler parts on our automated powder coat paint booth, meticulously to ensure quality finished products every time.
What you will be doing:

- Paint the parts in the paint booth with the automated sprayer
- Start and operate the paint system as per standard work instructions
- To set up the paint booth and gun
- Ability to control the paint gun
- Mask the painted parts wherever needed
- Help in packaging the painted parts, load/unload parts on the paint line if needed
- Maintain clean work area for the machine/equipment & warehouse
- Work with the supervisor/engineer to help maintain the system in the operating conditions
- Follow the plant safety rules & regulation
- Complete other various tasks assigned by the supervisor/engineer as needed

What you will be bringing:

- Minimum 6 months experience as a painter in an industrial automated painting system
- Experience with powder painting an asset
- Ability to work in a heated environment
- Basic English or French
- Handy person with skills to handle small assembly tools
- The ability to work quickly, methodically & with consistency
- Sincere, punctual & hard working
