**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Administrative Assistant with experience in ERP systems, QuickBooks (QB), and advanced Excel skills to join our team. This position is vital for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, supporting various administrative functions within the organization. Knowledge of the Russian language is considered an asset for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data into ERP systems, QuickBooks, and other databases.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper-based files for easy information retrieval.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data collection, filing, and document preparation.
- Work closely with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas), ERP, and QuickBooks to analyze data and create reports as required.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role, with familiarity in ERP systems and QuickBooks.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and administrative processes is beneficial.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
- Russian language skills are an asset.

Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
