**JOB TITLE**:WAREHOUSE SUPPORT

**STATUS**: PERMANENT FULL TIME

**DEPARTMENT**: WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

**REPORTS TO**:OPERATIONS MANAGER

**LOCATION**:VAUGHAN, ON

**Summary**:
The Warehouse Support team member will be working with receiving daily. The key to the role is maintaining communication with the warehouse Team Lead and focusing on attention to details.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for offloading with a pallet jack day to day orders from trailers and day to day small couriers
- Receiving items into our receiving system software once verified
- Count inventory on a rotating basis to ensure accurate inventory records (cycle counts).
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse/facility and report any issues to the team lead.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Experience in warehouse environment.
- Able to identify computer equipment and read asset tags/serial numbers
- Able to lift 1 to 50 pounds or maneuver equipment weighing up to 150 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance from another person.
- Able to use basic material handling tools, such as pump truck, picking scanner, box cutter, etc.
- Capable of using technology and tools such as computer, scanners, handhelds
- Working knowledge with Microsoft products (excel and word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and ready to work in fast paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
- Available to work overtime or on weekends when required
- Criminal background check required and steel toe environment
