**Overview**

The Factory Worker must have a general knowledge and understanding of the blind making processes and equipment. This position requires you have knowledge of Imperial Measurements (inches, feet). This includes heavy lifting and use of necessary equipment in a fast paced and busy work environment.

Must have a good knowledge of electronics and the ability to learn quickly.

Looking for dedicated, hard-working and energetic individuals to work:
**Full Time (Monday-Friday - 7:30am-4:00pm)**

**Duties**
- Using a knife and laser cutter to cut fabric
- Taping fabric to aluminum rollers
- Ability to use tape measure
- Must have knowledge of imperial measurements (inches, feet)
- Good understanding for calculating cuts for mínimal waste

**Work Conditions**
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull 50-75lbs
- Inside a busy and potentially noisy warehouse

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment
- Ability to work independently and as well as a team
- Self-motivated, with strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience not necessary, but preferred
