The Retail Ambassador at Clocks and Colours will be responsible for supporting the retail and management team within an active sales role, assisting customers with identifying accessories that fit their needs, desires, and style. You are responsible for the upkeep of the store’s presentation, merchandising, organization and quality of service. As a member of the Clocks and Colours retail team, you are a core ambassador for the brand, supporting and promoting our customer engagement, loyalty, and marketing programs.

UPT: 1.6

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Greet customers, build rapport, respond to questions, and improve engagement with merchandise.
- Delivering outstanding customer experience while maintaining operational procedures within the store
- Support the maintenance of accurate inventory levels
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customers needs
- Demonstrate strong product and brand knowledge
- Maintain personal productivity goals
- Clear understanding of the online exchange procedure and effectively communicating procedures to customers
- Contribute to cleanliness and organization of store
- Assistant management where necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
