Over the last couple of years, Clocks and Colours has expanded its product assortment well beyond jewelry to include a growing selection of eyewear, bespoke headwear, apparel, homewares, and other lifestyle accessories. We’re looking for a retail manager with well-established experience managing inventory and merchandising across product categories.
**The Role**:
The Retail Ambassador at Clocks and Colours will be responsible for supporting the retail and management team. Retail Ambassadors work with customers to find what they want, ensure a smooth sales process and process transactions. They are responsible for answering customer questions, determining their needs, and recommending the right solutions. They should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Most importantly, the Retail Ambassador are the face of the brand and act as a representative of Clocks and Colours within the community and build strong relationships with customers and teach new customers about the brand and product features & benefits. You must have flexible daytime availability (weekdays, weekends, holidays).
**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Greet customers, respond to questions, and improve engagement with merchandise.
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
- Providing high quality customer service
- Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customers needs
- Maintain a pristine store image, by following merchandising standards
- Demonstrate strong product and brand knowledge
- Maintain personal productivity goals
- Help track daily conversion

**Experience**:
Preference to professionals with 1 year in sales, customer service and/or retail.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
