We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Pick and Packer & Warehousing Clerk. This position plays a crucial role in our operations by ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and maintaining the overall organization of our warehouse. **Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on provided picking lists or electronic systems.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that all products meet our standards before packaging and shipping.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in periodic stock reconciliations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations and safe working conditions.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize order fulfillment processes and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or warehousing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks (up to 50 lbs).
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

You must have a Canadian work permit and currently live in Canada.
