The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for preparing orders for shipping and must use packing lists/scan gun to pick a wide variety of items and must arrange items in final shipping materials.

To ensure success, the Warehouse Clerk needs to pay attention to details and be able to organize items. Must be able to perform duties with a high level of accuracy, be efficient and careful not to damage items.

- **Schedule**:Fixed working hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- **Location**: 328 Rue Avro, Pointe-Claire, H9R 5W5 **OR **9320 Boulevard Saint-Laurent, Montréal
- **Salary**:starting at $15.50/h with a salary progression plan (increases after 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months)
- **Benefits**:Group Insurance after 6 months of full-time employment

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:_
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, neat, and well organized.
- Assemble boxes.
- Scan packing list to populate information onto scanner gun.
- Ensure that information specified on scanner gun is followed without exception: Item, Quantity, Lot #, Expiry Date, Language (if applicable).
- Pick from locations indicated on the scanner guns.
- Ensure that packing lists and all other printed material associated with the order are clean and clear before being put into boxes.
- Ensure that packed boxes are placed where they belong so that they may be shipped at the end of the day and with the appropriate carrier.
- Lift, push, or pull items and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and follow all safety procedures and policies.
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Prior warehouse experience
- A completed high school diploma
- Bilingual, both written and oral
- Basic math skills required
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Physical strength and stamina
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds constantly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
