You are:

- Red Seal Journeyman technician with Supervisory experience
- Able to motivate and drive a team of amazing technicians
- Able to adapt and move forward in many situations
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Have great communication skills and a good manner with customers when needed
- Have working knowledge of equipment and safe practices
- Able to Mentor and teach Apprentices
- Maintain shop productivity
- Follow manufacturer's guidelines and dealership procedures to ensure quality repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Continuously uphold the dealership's commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins, attending training sessions as required
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and Qualify vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs

Excellent compensation

GM experience is beneficial but willing to consider other equivalent experience

PBS experience is beneficial
Clean drivers abstract, Valid license

References, and background check will be required

- Full Time Monday to Friday
