**Accounting Administrator**
We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Vehicle Salesclerk. This position supports both the Accounting and vehicle sales teams and plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate vehicle sales records. It requires competency in accounting and software systems; however, dealership specific experience is not required. Our Controller and accounting office staff will work to support you in learning the specifics of your role. Our goal is to add responsibility for the position gradually to give you the opportunity to learn the intricacies of our specific brands and business.

- Play a crucial role in our sales operation by posting vehicle deals, reporting sales, claiming incentives, registering extended warranty plans, etc. In other words, all aspects of a vehicle sale or lease.
- Analyze financial transactions and accounts to determine accuracy and completeness of entries.
- Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Prepare various other monthly account reconciliations.
- Develop an in-depth working knowledge of all operational and accounting computer software/equipment systems that impact the accounting and financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to support month end and year end closing processes in a timely fashion.
- Other special projects, reports, tasks, and financial assessments.
**Requirements**
- A minimum of two years accounting specific experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a high level of proficiency in Excel
- Must have outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
- Must possess strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high-level of accountability
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines
- Automotive industry specific experience a bonus, but not required.
