**Accounting and Administration Summer Student **to join our team in
**Saint John, NB.**
Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with service call invoicing
- Inputting invoices to customer portals
- Assisting Accounts payable
- Recording bank transactions
- Other duties as required
- Enrolled in a Post-Secondary degree or diploma program
- Experience with accounting and/or administrative tasks
- Positive, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- High energy, detail oriented, self-motivated and must have a positive attitude
- Must be able to work independently or within a team
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
