In this role, you will work with the Maintenance Department to develop a cohesive approach to the effective control and management of critical information, documents, and records. As a summer student, you will support a variety of administrative tasks within the project team for EMaint (E-Maintenance). EMaint is a new software program that is launching to move all maintenance and inventory hard copy ticketing and work order processes and paperwork to an electronic database platform. The role involves data migration, photographing various parts and equipment, process documentation, categorization all of our maintenance parts on the shelves and equipment on the plant floor and entry into the new tool.
