**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
- Provide service excellence to BC Place employees, guests, and the general public;
- Follow BC Place policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines;
- Assist with the distribution of radios, keys, etc. prior to the deployment of staff, in accordance with established policies and procedures;
- Process returns, of aforementioned items, in accordance with established policies and procedures;
- Participate in training programs as required;
- Inform Supervisor of any aforementioned items or challenges that may come up during the shift;
- Perform other duties as required.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:
- Minimum one-year event experience at BC Place;
- Demonstrated reliable attendance record;
- Ability to work flexible and varied hours, including evenings and weekends;
- Customer focused by providing service excellence to our guests & clients;
- Establishes and maintains effective and harmonious working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and other employees from all levels, including contractors, at BC Place;
- Proven ability to work well with a team and to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Effective communication, both verbal and written form;
- Organized and detail-oriented, with and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong computer skills and accuracy when entering data into the system.
