Great opportunity to join our Luxury Brand We are looking for talented Full - Time Retail Assistant Manager to join our Longchamp Boutique at the Toronto Premium Outlets

Position Summary:

- As an Assistant Manager at Longchamp, you will lead by example to create a store environment that delivers renowned and authentic service and a luxury customer experience.
- Meet personal sales goals while training, coaching and developing sales associates to deliver on store performance targets.
- Supports an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, customers and supervisors.
- Assists Store Manager in directing all activities related to the client experience, communication of brand values, Longchamp standards and expectations, store operations, client development and outreach, visual merchandising, operations and loss prevention.
- As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be directly involved in every aspect of the successful operation of the store.

Experience & Qualifications:

- We seek an enthusiastic, reliable, energetic, team-player with at least 5 plus years in retail management, preferably in a luxury service environment.
- Track record of meeting personal sales goals while coaching and developing sales team to drive and deliver on overall store performance.
- Understanding of KPI and how to inspire and coach a team to meet targeted metrics.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbally and written are required.
- A college degree or relevant work experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
