Our original location was based in Hanover, Ontario, and we are currently operating from three locations: Hanover, Kitchener, and Barrie.

**About the Position**

We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused **Showroom Supervisor** to support our vision **to inspire connections and create warmth in every home**. The showroom supervisor brings this to life by supporting our high-performing sales team and maintaining a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer experience, supporting sales operations, and managing day-to-day floor activity. Reporting to the Sales Leader, the Showroom Supervisor acts as a key point of contact for customers and team members alike, stepping in where needed to keep the showroom running smoothly.

**Your primary responsibilities will be**:

- Support the sales team on the floor and assist customers as needed
- Ensure customers are assigned to available sales reps
- Help complete sales orders to maintain smooth customer flow
- Act as the first point of contact for customer questions or concerns
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator on product or delivery issues
- Maintain showroom appearance, displays, signage, and cleanliness
- Monitor floor activity and adjust coverage as needed
- Communicate vendor/product updates to the team via Sales Leader
- Oversee task completion for showroom maintenance and safety
- Perform light operational duties to support the daily showroom function

**Your**
**Education,**Skills**, and Experience**:

- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a team lead or supervisor role
- Experience leading or supporting a team of 5-10 people
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background in decorating or design; decorator certificate or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in furniture or customizable product environments is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
