Ridgeview Homes is looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our construction team. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately, who will have the following responsibilities, experience, and skills:
**Responsibilities**:

- fulfill daily schedule task requirements
- understand and comply with company health and safety requirements (including COVID-19 procedures and precautions)
- Provide support to Site Supervisor through diligent and quality workmanship of various hands on construction tasks
- Assist with the maintenance of effective onsite communications and progress reporting with sub-trades and clients
- Travel to multiple job sites will be required
- Participate in site operations as an active team member
- ensure that sites are kept clean and organized

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must have completed high school education or higher (preferred)
- must have ability to problem solve and prioritize
- must have general knowledge of construction site safety polices and demonstrate safety knowledge in all work performed on job sites
- individual must be punctual, have time management skills and organizational skills
- will need to have strong attention to detail and must be prompt in quality and execution of company standards
- Must be flexible in ability to travel daily to assigned job sites in various different locations
- WHIMS, Working at Heights and Safety Awareness Training certificates are all preferred
- Must have a valid G class driver's license and regular access to tools and a vehicle

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
