L'analyste de données, contrôle de Qualité joue un rôle essentiel au sein de l’équipe en se concentrant sur l’analyse des données liées à la performance des fournisseurs avec l’aide de divers outils, notamment SAP.

**_**Emploi en mode hybride, en télétravail à 80% du temps, avec une journée par semaine au bureau situé à St-Jérôme. _**

**Responsibilités**:

- Analyser les sources de données de qualité nouvelles et existantes en conjonction avec les meilleures pratiques pour améliorer les processus analytiques actuels et à long terme pour la performance opérationnelle.
- Développer la capacité du réseau analytique à fournir des informations qui influencent les résultats exploitables des stratégies de qualité et de développement.
- Développer des tableaux de bord à l'appui des rapports de données et des besoins d'analyse pour la qualité
- Développer et exécuter des processus pour rapporter les résultats de nouvelles analyses, y compris les KPI de qualité, y compris les revues de produits, les données de garantie et le coût de la qualité.
- Participer activement aux efforts de résolution de problèmes pour les opportunités d'amélioration des coûts et de la valeur.
- Utiliser le processus SAP pour créer des QN (Quality Notifications).
- Diriger et soutenir le processus QMO SAP pour les demandes de crédit et de remplacement des fournisseurs.
- Produire des rapports statistiques liés à la qualité, à l'inventaire ou aux plaintes des clients pour différents départements.
- Soutenir le superviseur QC, le responsable QC et le directeur qualité mondiale dans toute demande de confinement.
- Devenez un super utilisateur SAP de qualité et formez l'équipe à toutes les implémentations SAP.

**Qualifications**:

- Un baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou en TI ou un DEC combiné avec expérience pertinente.
- Un an d’expérience dans un environnement d'analyse ou de production.
- Solides capacités d'analyse.
- La compréhension des procédés de fabrication est préférable.
- Une expérience de travail dans une organisation matricielle est préférable
- Expérience de collaboration avec d'autres et d'exécution d'idées.
- Être bilingue.
- Connaissance du logiciel SAP.
- Habiletés techniques développées.
- Maitrise d’Excel et PowerPoint intermédiaire à avancé.
