**Jr. Machine Operator**

**$18.00+/hour**

**What does a Jr. Machine Operator do?**
- Operate manual mills and varied work centers
- Meet run rates as per the process routing sheet
- Set up and operate saw
- Complete paperwork as required
- Notifies lead-hand / Setter of discrepancies
- Ensures that all documentation requirements are met i.e. S.P.C, precision records and time sheets
- Ensures the accuracy of parts prior to leaving the workstation
- Cleaning, retapping, packing, deburr parts, etc.
- Ability to work between departments as needed

**Desire to Have**:

- CNC training courses
- Blueprint knowledge
- Knowledge of Inspection measuring equipment

**What you bring to the table**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Can work with mínimal supervision

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3S 4M4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 1 year (required)
- CNC milling machine: 1 year (required)
