**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Director to lead our home care operations in the Niagara Region. - ** Quality Assurance and Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to all provincial healthcare regulations and industry standards, maintaining the integrity of our services.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, conducting regular reviews and implementing improvements as needed.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and adjust strategies to maintain superior levels of care.
- ** Strategic Growth and Business Development**
- Identify trends and opportunities in the home care market to expand services and strengthen our regional presence.
- Work with marketing and business development teams to promote Stay-at-Home Nursing’s services within the community.
- Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or equivalent healthcare credential.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in home care or community nursing.
- Proven success in leading teams within a **fast-paced, client-centered environment.**:
