ACASS is a leading provider of international private aviation support services, and we are looking for an experienced **Flight Crew Staffing Specialist **to join our Montreal team. Reporting to the Manager of Flight Crew Staffing, you will recruit qualified flight crew (pilots, flight attendants, etc.) for corporate aviation jobs, build strong relationships with them, and promote the benefits of working with ACASS.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and communicate with flight crew for different projects (mainly over the phone).
- Offer flight crew job opportunities on behalf of our clients, outlining project details and requirements.
- Soft sell and promote the benefits of working and partnering with ACASS.
- Screen and qualify flight crew by ensuring their documentation is valid and compliant.
- Negotiate pay rates and prepare project-specific contractual agreements.
- Hire qualified flight crew for domestic and international private aircraft contracts.
- Update ACASS’s crew database.
- Develop and maintain friendly, mutually beneficial, and professional relationships with flight crew.
- Maintain awareness of crew rotations and projects.
- Submit documentation for client approval and prepare a project hand-over once you have matched a crew member to a project.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- College degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum two years of relevant business experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience recruiting and headhunting is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of, or prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
- Excellent English verbal, written and listening skills are a must. Additional languages are an asset.
- Strong phone etiquette and cold-calling skills (must be comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone).
- Strong organization, project coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software and ability to quickly learn database/CRM programs.

- An enthusiastic learner and team player who is open to receiving and implementing constructive feedback and direction.
