**Terms of Employment**:Full-time, Monday - Friday (8 am - 4 pm)**

**Salary**:$40,000 - $50,000 / year**

We are a land developer, a home builder, a fundraiser, and a mortgage holder. In support of our homebuilding operations, Habitat GTA operates a retail home improvement store called Habitat ReStore, which sells donated home furnishings, appliances, and renovation materials, with all proceeds helping us build more homes.

Habitat GTA is growing. We are an innovative, entrepreneurial social enterprise that has been increasing our capacity for impact each and every year. Together, we are building a better, more inclusive GTA for everyone.

**The Opportunity**

As a** Donation Intake Coordinator**, you will be responsible for product preparation and pricing in support of our Ecomm and CDC teams. Working with the CDC and Ecomm team you will play a vital role in the preparation of products to be shipped to our retail stores.

**Your Impact**
- Organize and sort incoming inventory, ensuring accurate product counts.
- Build, assemble, clean and prep products for Ecomm and distribution.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient storage area.
- Research retail value of all items to determine pricing as per pricing guidelines.
- Learn, understand, and participate in the Health and Safety Program
- Uphold all Habitat for Humanity GTA policies and procedures.
- Act as an ambassador for Habitat for Humanity GTA
- Perform additional job-related duties as required

**What You Bring**
- Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience using web-based platforms (Outlook, Word and Excel, Sales Force, Shopify, Google)
- Ability to use lifting equipment such as two-wheel dollies, pump trucks etc
- Ability to lift 50lbs.

**Must be able to commute to the Central Distribution Centre (** 101 Alexdon Road, Toronto, ON M3J 2B5)**
