**What You’ll be Doing**:
- **Build Relationships**: Meet with customers and prospective buyers - ask the right questions and listen carefully to understand their needs and wants and match them to a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances
- **Engage & Educate**:**Be the product knowledge expert, know our products inside and out including the vehicle’s latest technology and offerings
- **Close Sales**:**Overcome objections and**work closely with the Sales and Finance Managers to finalize the purchase and ensure the customer has an exceptional experience from first contact to after the sale
- **Be in the Community**:**Take pride in being a Lethbridge-local, using technology to promote yourself and our vehicles/services within the community via social media and other community involvement
