Peka - Rollshutters, Windows, and Shades is proud and excited to grow its selection of interior window covering solutions, soon to be offering some of the biggest names in the industry.

Peka is seeking an individual with industry experience, product knowledge, and a passion for customer service to guide our clients through the process of selecting their interior window treatments. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. You will be able to drive your own growth and sales while being supported by a strong team of professionals at Peka as you represent some of the biggest names in Window Coverings and Window Treatments.

Specifically, this Sales Representative position will require you to:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide superior customer service and support
- Previous experience in sales or business development required
- Previous experience in the home decor, construction, or building products industry is preferred
- Previous experience in the window coverings and window treatments industry is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Lethbridge, AB (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Lethbridge, AB: Relocate before starting work (required)
