**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns and strategies in alignment with company objectives, integrating creative design elements and data-driven insights.
- Analyze collected data to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing campaigns, user experience, and audience engagement.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate data findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including the marketing team, management, and other departments.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts, leveraging data insights to develop targeted and effective campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and maintain high-quality design standards, while also incorporating data-driven optimizations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, design, and data analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Data Analytics, Strategic Planning, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and graphic design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and successful marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in data collection and analysis, including experience with setting up data collection processes, utilizing analytics tools, and interpreting data to drive business decisions.
- Experience in high-level planning, strategic thinking, and developing long-term marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey data findings, strategic plans, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creative excellence, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with web design and UX/UI principles.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry or sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
