**Marketing Associate - Marketing and Advertising**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in evaluating all promotional opportunities as presented by the media agency and liaise with the Marketing Manager on viable prospects that best serve the business needs.
- Support development and execution of advertising campaign as well as liaising with external suppliers, media companies, and media vendors.
- Develop marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content. (copywriting, editing and proofreading)
- Assist in identifying business issues/opportunities. Monitor and analyze brand and competitor performance.
- Plan, develop, execute, track and optimize social media and advertising campaigns to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Help develop a social media calendar to ensure a constant daily supply of relevant, engaging content.
- Support in the process of designing various marketing, communication, and promotional materials, including brochures, branding identity package, digital ads, and promotional documents.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Tech-savvy marketer with a passion for social engagement and advertising.
- Degree or certificate in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, Graphic Design, or related field with strong knowledge of Advertisement and media practices.
- Understanding communication and problem-solving skills with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to craft a message for a specific audience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ensure high-quality execution of all work.
- Possess a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive in bringing new ideas, strategies, and forward designs.
- Well versed in PHP is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual will be an asset.
