Technical Support Analyst

**Description**:
**The Technical Support Analyst evaluates, troubleshoots, and resolves faults and reported events.**

This is a remote position located in Canada. We are looking for someone who is available to work hours of approximately 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST and is comfortable working remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluates, troubleshoots, and resolves faults and reported events;
- Liaises with the software development team and SYSPRO Regional Offices;
- Ensures service delivery and information sharing regarding event resolution at a regional level;
- Provides specialist technical support in response to issues pertaining to software development, SRS, documentation, software installations, and upgrades.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Essential Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in the IT field in a technical support environment
- Experience working with SYSPRO ERP software or any other ERP software is a plus
- Relevant Support Certifications would be advantageous
