**Job Title: Health Care Aide**
**Location**: Auberge Plein Soleil - 258 Telegraph Rd, Alfred, ON K0B 1A0

**Position Summary**:
The Health Care Aide is responsible for providing personal care and support services to residents in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner, in accordance with the Home’s policies and procedures.

**Schedule**:

- Part-time: 24.00 hours bi-weekly
- Day shifts: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM
- Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays required

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid Canadian work permit
- Must be able to reliably commute to the residence location

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and services to residents as needed
- Interact professionally with residents and their family members
- Complete scheduled care tasks and accurately document the assistance provided
- Assist with residents’ daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity
- Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work and storage areas
- Perform other duties as assigned

Le ou la préposé(e) aux soins de santé est responsable de fournir des soins personnels et des services de soutien aux résidents de manière sécuritaire, respectueuse et efficace, conformément aux politiques et procédures de la résidence.

**Horaire**:
Temps partiel : 24,00 heures par deux semaines
Quarts de jour : de 00 h 00 à 8 h 30
Doit être disponible les vendredis, samedis et dimanches

**Exigences**:

- Doit détenir un permis de travail valide au Canada
- Doit être en mesure de se rendre de façon fiable à la résidence

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Offrir des soins personnels et des services aux résidents selon les besoins
- Interagir de façon professionnelle avec les résidents et les membres de leur famille
- Effectuer les tâches de soins prévues et consigner avec précision l’assistance fournie
- Aider les résidents dans leurs activités de la vie quotidienne, en favorisant le confort et la dignité
- Respecter toutes les politiques, procédures et normes de sécurité en milieu de travail
- Maintenir des espaces de travail et d’entreposage propres, sécuritaires et sanitaires
- Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée

Pay: $17.20 per hour
