- Design, development, and review of training documentation
- Extensive experience in providing end user customer service
- Online learning system requirements, support, and maintenance
- Facilitates working group and information sessions reporting needs of healthcare client
- Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, MMS (Materials Management System) is a strong must have

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $300.00-$500.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- TORONTO, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- providing end user customer service: 2 years (required)
- Training Specialist: 8 years (required)
- MIS, OHRS standards, MMS (Materials Management System): 2 years (required)
