We are looking for a Casual Receptionist to join our growing team at Luma. You would have the opportunity to work in a beautiful clinic in the heart of lower Mount Royal.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about cosmetic medicine and injectables and has previous knowledge in medical grade skincare and treatments, loves helping clients and has the desire to grow clinic sales, in turn create personal gains such as commissions for selling products and staff perks like discounts on medical grade skincare and services offered in clinic.

**The position is needed for MOSTLY Saturdays and flexible to fill in during the week as needed.**

**Requirements**:

- Customer Service skills
- Willingness to retain product knowledge to promote sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer and data entry skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Highly motivated and reliable
- Perform other duties as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- On call
- Weekends only

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
